Accord CU2 with a Manual are sooooo rare

Everyday I check AT, PH, eBay, besides the silver one that's been on for months and very recently a highish miler in black that looks absolutely gorgeous, they're just soooo rare, why is this model so rare?

I'm waiting for the ideal car to pop up, Low miles (Less than 60k), Manual, Not in silver, seems to be the common colour, would really love it in either White as a first choice or Grey and wouldn't break the deal but would be nice if it had the sporty skirts and bumper pieces I think you normally find on the Type S.

How many of us here own a CU2 in a manual?

Also while i'm here and not to set up another topic, Is the sunroof optional on the CU2 or standard? After seeing a few posts about potential rust issues, it scares me slightly.

I’m so reluctant to sell for a newer car as Honda has nothing to compare to the Accord.
Unless I win the lottery and a new NSX wil be on the drive.
I’m waiting for next year as the Honda CRV are bringing out a petrol hybrid.
As for the sunroof only EX models have them.
I’m sure the CU2 only comes in the EX grade with sunroof.

I guess there were just better cars around for that kinda money so it didn't sell well. It's a shame because they're lovely.. and the type S is diesel

i had a cw2 EX 2.4 manual, sold it in june. i have only ever seen the 2.4 engine in EX trim but according to honestjohn they did a typeS which will have the bumper trim. ( not sure how true that it though)

great car but prefer the 7th gen so i came back to a typeS
