Coupe ball joints and driveshaft

Hi, I have a 2.0 Coupe (Auto) which I'm trying to get ready for MOT but its trying my patience now.
Noticed the top ball joints need doing, can they be replaced on their own or do you need complete top arm?

Also there is some play in the driver side driveshaft. Will a driveshaft from another Accord model fit or is it specific to Coupe?

The upper arm ball joint is fixed in, you need to buy whole arm, better and more economical just to buy it too.

Not sure about driveshaft.
