I recently bought a fantastic Honda Accord Estate 2003. The only problem was that the DVD navigation system disc was scratched a bit and worked in the beginning but then stopped. It is an old navigation system anyway and I want to buy a new, the most updated DVD which is compatible for this car.
I called the dealers at Honda London and they told me that the latest update of the DVD is from 2009 (I don't mind as the roads in UK have not changed that much + additionally I can use my phone apps). They told me the price would be £180.
My question is - is there a cheaper option to get an updated version of the navigation system which is compatible with my car model? (I do not want tom-tom).
Please advise me, I would be most grateful.
