Loud creak from NSR suspension

Anyone come across this problem please? It started a few months ago, got worse and i presumed it would be a bush and it would get picked up on the MOT. It didn't. I wonder if it may be the actual damper.

Long handle screwdriver or stethoscope and put the rear of car on ramps, ***istant to bounce it and you listen to various points on the suspension.
Thats what I would suggest.
 
Let us know how you get on with this, might be something I need to look at sometime!
 
Did you manage to find out the cause of the noise? I have same problem and need to know if it’s actual damper or something else. It gets worse when cold.
