Hello

How i can change and bleed the brake fluid at the accord 2.2 i-dtec? Can i change and bleed the fluid with the old school art or do you have Special tools?

Because i dont have an compresor at home :-/

For any tips am greatful

Thanks and cheers from europe :)

You don't need any special tools. I made my own pressure bleeder and used it successfully on both my 7th and 8th Gens.

With a willing ***istant to pump the pedal at your command you could do it with nothing more than a spanner.

Thank you matt, again a perfect how to do list :)

But its bad that i cant buy an set or tool including a bleeder ect ect with the honda caps for the brake and clutch

If i bleed and change the brake fluid manuel, is there something to consider? Which side or wheel first?

And can i put the brake pedal while im changing the fluid to the floor? ( at the pumping ) hope you understand what i mean.

Because in the internet stays its not good to pump the brake pedal to the floor ( dont know why )

Thanks :)

I've never come across any advice that says don't push the pedal all the way down, but there might be a good reason not to? Hopefully someone else can help on that one...

The correct bleed sequence is as follows:

Left hand drive: Front left, front right, rear right, rear left

Right hand drive: Front right, front left, rear left, rear right

Thanks matt :)

In the internet i have found, that the pushing the pedal to the floor, while bleeding the system, is not good for the brake master poetry

The poetry can be damaged
