Upgrade of basic ac/Stereo unit,.

Hi, does anyone know where I could get an upgrade cd with all the gadgets like double din, colour touch screen, gps, cd changer etc, seems to be only USA versions on the net.
Also what fitment fascias are available and where if a new one is required

I have the basic CD player with dual ac controls in a 2003 2.0 saloon.
