How to work the Bluetooth?

09 Accord CU2 Manual
So today is the first day of ownership of my CU2 Manual, I'm slowly getting used to the quite complicated infotainment system but the bluetooth I can't fathom.

How do I get the car to start pairing? Also heard I may need to reset it? How do I go about doing this?

I can never remember. The good news is once paired it rarely forgets.
There's a lot of handbook pages on it (I don't know if a PDF version exists anywhere -it would certainly be useful!), but here's somewhere to start:

The car must be stationary!

Set your phone to discovery mode

Press the HFT talk button and say PHONE SETUP then say PAIR

Follow the spoken instructions...

I don't even know where the HFT button is, there's so many things going on in that centre stack, I'll have a go later when i'm home from work.

Another question, does this car play well with the iPhone 7? Yet to try it, thought I may ask while i'm at work.
