My car has been parked up for over a week whilst it snowed over a foot here, covered in snow with icicles hanging off the doors. Yesterday I brushed some of the snow off, put the key in the ignition, turned the ignition on and then paused. Wondering, will it or won't it. Turned the key, it fired up like it had been bathing beside the Indian ocean without any consideration for the siberian beast pounding it from all directions for 4 nights in a row. Love it when your car doesn't let you down. I filled the tyres with some air, topped up the washer jets and then took her for a well deserved 40 mile round trip. A happy car still for sale in the for sale section. Haven't been in any rush to sell because the owner of my replacement car hasn't found his replacement car yet and this dramas been going on for a couple of months now. Quiet random but I'm thinking either buying a discovery 3 or a old 911, both which are going to be rattled with high maintenance costs.
