Additional keys

Hi,
Purchased Accord 8th Gen, Came with only 1 key . I always keep a spare key for my vehicles and will need to get one made .
My current key is a 2 button fob, Do these cars original come with 3 button or 2 button fobs ( what is the difference between both)? Will I need a trip to dealers or any recommendation around Midlands as my wallet is currently very very thin
Finally I need to delete any other keys registered in ECU in case someone has a spare , is this possible ?thanks

The estates have 3 buttons. One operates the boot.

My estate (14 reg) only has two buttons on the key fob. To unlock the boot and passenger doors you have to push the unlock button twice.

My 2010 tourer came with only one key from the previous onwer as well. My remote is a 3 buttons key so I did purchage on ebay this blank key:

My local key programer told me to leave my car there for him to cut the key and program the chip but I haven´t had the time for that....
