Discreet Dash Cam Install

Just having a dig through on my PC and came across pictures of how I had my dash cam fitted in my Accord (hope it's found a good home)

I used a Mobius camera with a wide andgle lens and lens extension kit. Power was supplied by a Nextbase hard wire kit.





It was nigh on impossible to see from outside and most people getting in the car never knew it was there either.

I have exactly the same kit as you, but I could never find a good place to hide it! I have been putting it under the sun visors, and taking it off with me when going home.

But it looks like you have found a good location for it! How did you stick the mobius and the lens on the wing mirror? Velcro?

The main body of the camera is held on with some double sided tape. The lens module was stuck to a thin piece of plastic then to the arm of the mirror to keep it suitably flat. What made things especially easy is that the mirror just slides upwards off the mount for when I wanted to take the unit in and check things.
