What is this bolt? Please help identifying

Hi,

Does anyone know what this bolt (circled yellow) is - and more importantly why it ls wet?) - note the red circled is the engine coolant bleed bolt.

The bolt in question is Circled yellow :





It doesnt seem to be the gearbox either according to this pic :

Just to update - I managed to find out that this the exhaust manifold bolt.

Did you find out why it was wet?
