Number plate light trim

Could someone please ***ist , I am in the process of fitting a reversing camera to my Accord , but I need to remove the external trim over the number plate lights , it feels very tight to press off , does have anything holding it in the boot .

If I remember correctly on the saloon you wrap the end of a screwdriver in cloth and gently prise it off from the outside. But yes, it is very tight.
