PSF advice please

I've ordered some Honda PSF but wont come till next week. This I can pick up in person but will this do? Says it's for Accura and I need to top up or change it asap as the level is below min, tar like and the PS is whining.

It needs topping up asap but the level shouldn’t have dropped so the system is leaking from somewhere. Maybe from a corroded pipe or where a pipe connects to the steering rack.
 
Yep fix the leak, it's a sealed system you should never lose a drop.

You guys were right I was just wishing it wasn't true. To my untrained eye it looks like the gasket has failed between the rack and the feed pipe bracket or is it more likely to be the end seal? Thanks for any advice.

I would say that's the internal seal that's failed mate. Hard to say from one picture.. get a mechanic to check it properly
