DAB radio for 7th Gen

Is there any way of replacing the radio / single CD unit with a DAB radio on the 03/07 Accords.

The heater contols are all built in so I guess it's a tricky one.
 
There's a alternative product made for the left hand drive market, but from what I've read on this forum and on the internet elsewhere, it's very poor quality and causes air con unit failures in diesels...
 
I suppose you could combine a portable DAB receiver with a small FM transmitter and transmit that to your car stereo.

Sounds like an Arduino or R-Pi project, but a couple of off the shelf components can probably cover it.
