Which bulb fitment for dipped beam

There has been a lot of confusion on the forum as to which type of bulbs are for the main and dipped beams so can the definite answer be posted here, cheers

My car is a 56 facelift Diesel.

What are the Main beams?
What are the Dipped beams?
 
I believe dipped is H1 (unless you've got HIDs) pre and post facelift

Can't remember main beam for the 7th Gen

Great thanks for the replies looks like we have a definite answer!
 
They look good but the colour temperature is 3500k I'm after something whiter between 5000-6000k
