Running supply cable through firewall

Hi

I was wondering where to run my supply cable for my amplifier .
I have accord 2.4 2007 saloon .
I found some space which is just next to steering wheel on driver side it's deep down where is a space for legs ,but I am not sure if it this one ?
Someone told me I should use passenger side behind glovebox bolut its so tight I can't see any space there.

Can someone advice me if I am wrong?

I don't think lhd/rhd are mirrored, so on my lhd accord, when facing the engine, there is a circular rubber grommet with a plastic donut style passthrough on the firewall for the main loom(or one of them anyway)
I separated the rubber grommet from the donut, cut a hole in the grommet, fed my wire throughit, put the grommet back on the donut and then fed the cable through the firewall. there was plenty of space for the 2 prong cabin heater cable I used, so a thick gauge amp lead should be fine
it ended up in the passenger footwell on my lhd car
