Any one had this? the fuel gauge does not appear to moving, i.e. empty when switched off, and full when switched on, so now judging tank contents by mileage covered. and computer read outs. Any suggestions appreciated.
That sounds risky! IIRC you don't want to run out of fuel as you can airlock the injectors and it won't run on less than 3, requiring them swapping out one by one.
Don't know how the sender works (or even where it is), or if the gauge will read full or empty on an open / short circuit.
