fault code p0504

Just trying out my new android phone, bluetooth obd, and torque app thinking everything would be fine but blow me it found the above fault code p0504 as per the url below

I've cleared it and not had a chance to see if its back

I did recently fit a new brake switch but thought all codes were cleared

Does anyone understand the explanation on the above web site

It seems to represent a malfunction in the circuit of the brake pedal switch,

If you didn't clear the code when you replaced the switch, then it's probably just the remains of the stored code. alternatively check that all the connections are tight and secure.

See if it comes back
 
Yep I would say its a historic DTC but check again in a few days after plenty of driving to see if its come back.
