Is halfords the only motor store left? we used to have a Motor world in my little town but even that disappeared a few years ago. Does anyone even shop at demon tweeks or ripspeed anymore? Do they still exist ?

We have a fairly large Halford's in our town, but we still have a couple of other motor stores! I always get my bits from our local Partco, otherwise it's eBay for me lol

Demon tweeks still exist, they're only just down the road from me. They branched out a few years ago into"proper" motor sport and also bikes as well as the usual boy racer stuff.

Pretty much the only company on Wrexham industrial estate that are/seem stable.

We've still got Motorspares round my way. There are flaming loads of them. 2 within 15 mins of each other. Another 30 mins away. etc etc.

Also got Abbey Motor Factory, and another but i can't remember the name. It's in Thurston though.

Oh and another in Rougham, but i think that's more of a garage than a shop

We've got a euro carparts near us but I've not used them yet. The local garage has a little shop and can get parts (obviously they add a bit of profit on top), other than that its the ebay. I used to be a Halfords regular but now only go in if I'm passing / its late at night and something goes pop.

We've got sutton auto factors and euro car parts as well as a local guy and halfords. Halfords are ok if you know what you want and don't need to explain to them what it is. I bought a battery for the RR from halfords and the girl on the till tipped it upside down to get the security tag foo of it :o
