Well there's a guy that had an intercooler setup by the guy over at universalintercoolers.co.uk and after a custom remap he's seeing 222hp.

Well hopefully Monks will see this post and perhaps tell me how he got his set up working I'm sure I'll manage but any knowledge beforehand is good.

Has anyone on the forums got a good setup with the 2.2ictdi using an intercooler? Been looking at some universal intercooler kits and trying to work out what could work, essentially just wondering if anyone has done this and if they could point me in the right direction.

I love the Skunk2 gearknob and I'm considering buying a new one for my accord. I'm wondering if anyone else has these fitted to their accords, if so I'd like to hear how you got the gaiter sitting nicely once the gearknob was fitted (If you did).

I don't know about when it actually idles but all diesels give a good hard shudder when then turn off that's just the nature of high compression engines.

Am I right in saying it looks like the six speed should be faster than the five?

I've got a 6speed 2.2ictdi Running the stock map and I feel that shifting at 4k seems to give optimal acceleration

Yeah I would expect the 0 - 60 to be a decent bit quicker than that with over 200 hp.
