Do you mean your car already has cruis control and you want to fit a system where it senses the car in front and adjusts its speed accorldingly?

Or do you want to fit cruise control to an accord where it never had one from the factory?

Fitting cruise control to an accord where it was installed from the factory is a pain and you would need all the OEM looms from a cruis contorl equiped car.
Considering the age of these cars now its not worth it.

There are other after market alternatives mentioned in that link which might be worth looking into

car is manual gearbox.
Acc, other topic is for cruise control i already have one and my car have more modern electronics compared to other one... from previous topic this cruise doesnt fit me its norma, one.

I've got ACC on my 2.4 auto and it isn't very good in my opinion. Even on longest distance setting it tears up behind cars then brakes quite hard, and then takes ages to start accelerating again. I hardly ever use it in heavy traffic.
