    Idle problems

One of the easier things to do is maybe clean the idle control valve. This can sometimes get coked up and a clean always makes a good difference

Where do i get bumper plastic resprayed?

Yes just search for it on google and loads of local results should come. The Bodyshop's sometimes have Facebook pages to show there work off so you can judge from there. Alternatively go old school and drive around a little and I'm sure you will pass a Bodyshop at some point on your journey

Diesel bashing thread! (Only kidding - pros and cons discussion)

Well said Steve. Just to iterate Steve's point this thread is about the engines and engines only. If it's not to do with the engines then please do not comment. Looking back at this thread and there is some really good content but then it's also filled with pointless posts which all seem...

    Rear Brake Pad Change

The springs help keep the pad in place and eliminate pad knock when going forward and back. They keep the pad seated in the carrier. Over time the springs you mention bend so it's less force

    No Throttle?

seems like its gone into limp mode. I would try and start it first and see if the fault clears. Failing that you'll need to get the fault code scanned

    Aircon condenser - missing fins.

does look pretty damaged that, can you see any visual leaks? Like you say might be better to replace this before proceeding with the regas

    Oil level rising?

So this is a 7th gen Accord. If so then no dpf. From my own experience and owning my accord for 8 years it always showed more oil when warm which was due to thermal expansion. I suspect your garage has over filled the oil. Have you had the excess oil removed?

    Oil level rising?

A cold check is pretty good but has to be on flat ground. Dpf regen failure can cause oil level to go up so be mindful of that. You have to ensure that you give the car enough time to complete its regen process. Detecting when it's started is hard to determine though

Radical question from a bored BMW owner

My suggestion would be maybe looking at a Nissan rwd like a 200sx or 300zx and work from there. Rwd Accord will be a lot of work and you'd have to love it as I think you'll struggle to get your money back. Other option is a Honda S2000 which is already a rwd

    Installing xcarlink bluetooth module

If it's from x carlink then it will fit. I've done the install myself on both nav and non nav units. I'm pretty sure you will need to take your head unit out as the connector needs to go on the back. It's held in with bolts and you need to take out gearstick surround, ashtray etc. Also the top...
