Never too old for a sub mate. Most cars with a decent system come with a sub from factory

Yes you can get the bottom surround to then add a double din stereo and still keep the top one. You can also get a replacement stereo for the top. I did the install in my mates car, have a search on the forum as I did a writeup on here with the company who supplied the kit

Or it could be the control module itself. I would highly recommend before taking the car apart to have it read by a proper honda diagnostic tool

How does the clutch pedal feel. Alot can be told from that. Is it heavy?

As rich sprint said might be worth taking it to honda to diagnoise. Have you tried clearing the fault?

Could be the pads not fitting properly in the carriers. Did they have enough movement when you installed them? I have in the past sometimes filed the edges of the pads to make them fit 100%. There should be just enough movement for them to move in the carrriers

Have you checked for play in track rod ends?

Nice work pal and do keep a photo log. Looking at the pictures it looks to be a good one. My mate had an issue with rear fog, electrician sources it to a broken wire somewhere. Wheels wise try to go same colour and powder coat of possible.

I fitted my own and they glow orange on my 7th gen. Cost about £5 in total including wire and resistors

Agreed with Fahad. I rarely top up mine between changes. Maybe 0.5litres for every 8k

If the engine is not running and the noise is there then doubt its the clutch. Try describe this more

Nice writeup mate. How does the car feel now? Never thought about the heat spray, let us know if there is a difference. Wahabishtiaq do keep some photos of this. Have to agree some bolts are a real pain but still worth doing.
