    2nd new battery. Xcarlink?

well funnily enough my HFT just suddenly stopped working a short while after installing xcar link. I wondered if it had something to do with playing music through stereo speakers and then the hft calling for the phonecall to start operating through speakers and there was a break down because it...

Finally got the clutch put into the car. Originally started slipping around march with a remap and was fine after unistalled but knew it was only matter of time. Got a new orig Honda clutch for £200 and had Honda Chief mechanic install for me on his own time for £180 . Bargain me thinks. However...

Need 16 wheel nuts to pit the stock alloys back on the accord. £3 each from the dealer I'd nearly 50 quid in total. Surely there is another way to source them. Does anyone have any for sale from a previous wheel upgrade? Does anyone know which ones I'm looking for specifically or where I could...

    recent issues

Well I have the new clutch now in waiting, but as I live in N. Ireland HH is not really practical. The lead mechanic for honda in my local area will fit it for me. Gonna leave it a while anyway as its not slipping now. Pity really as it makes the map redundant at the mo. Will have a search then...

    recent issues

I eventuallly went ahead and got myself a map by Fahad just last month which was very well handled, quick and an excellent price. However, I removed it last week after the clutch started slipping excessivly. I thought that the map had probably just idetified the problem that was going to arise...

Clutch issues due to cruise control

Interesting stuff. Was over on the civic info forum checking out some wikis when I came across some posts on clutch issues on the accord. Maybe it's been discussed here but a few people were attributed cruise control as a major contributor of clutch failure "I did read Honda were putting the...
