    Dyno results

i guess it's a bit late now but did you do a base run without any mods? if you were really inclined I'd take off the mani and TB and put the standard one on and try again..did you also clean out the filter before you went? Brakes not binding? Again each dyno is different and are really used as...

DIY - Earth / grounding kit

Dinoc, when i fitted it, it was really for nothing more than some engine bling :D ...however what i found was that it felt the car did start easier and some of the somewhat jerky response of the car when driving slowly was reduced (but was still there). This was on my first car and when i came...

Help intermittent loss of Power iCDTI

I'm sorry to say I'm not too familiar with diesel problems :), but i think i recall a software update for the egr system...how old is your car?, but need some more info.Is there anything else ***ociated with it or does it happen in a certain gear at certain revs? does it jerk or judder...

DIY - Earth / grounding kit

this was a while ago but i think it was from Hong Kong. It didn't fit as standard since the wire lengths are wrong (they always will be no matter what kit you buy unless it's specific) you can get some very cheap ones from ebay and tbh that's all you need...don't think of spending mega bucks on...

DIY - Earth / grounding kit

Note I bought this about 5 years ago and didn't fit it onto my current Accord since it corroded and didn't look 'bling' anymore, it was only about £20...may do it again on the current one.. Here is how they are run on the right side: 1 lead from distrubution hub to somewhere behind the right...

    Accord 7th gen Lowering options

nice write up Fahad...just to add there are several iterations of the lowered sports suspension (so if your coil numbers are different it maybe just a different set). The sports suspension (15mm lower) only came in after the face lift for the type-S models...before that the accords all shared...

    Accord PETROL Remap

i think Fahad has covered it all now...this is a tune for relatively slight modded car....maybe filter, exhaust etc...BUT once you get into the realms of cam profiling etc..you're out of luck with a remap.... Also on the issue of pics....puppy if it's ok I'll be probably heading there next week...

    Rear Camber issue

i guess this must have been debated..because it makes no sense lol...the centre is the hub..the arm is above the hub so pulling it in pulls the top wheel in hence more camber...still can't figure it out..even with a TSB lol...but did you take pics of the new and orig arms?

    Accord PETROL Remap

It's similar to the Hondata but different in that it's much more tuneable...but it's just not a live map since the ECU has to be taken out of the car and manually worked on....ecu out means you can't run the car. it's not only third that you get a bump in driveability it's all the gears...as...

    Rear Camber issue

yes that's my thought too Fahad...i have a pic of the new arms i got for my previous Accord..they are longer...i'll post it up when i find it. mechanically with the 5 point multilink rear as it is mechanically i just can't see how it can do it with shorter arms below the hub pivot point....did...

    Accord PETROL Remap

that is for you to discuss with Gunther as and when you do it...RR tuning will be a totally different thing, the ecu is not on the spot remappable as such, there is no OBD access...it takes a few hours to write to it and that is with it off the car.

    Rear Camber issue

yep just a bit strange...so i take it you were running +ve camber before? in that case were you wearing the outside of the tyres? would like to read the latest Honda TSB....last time i did this I had to fit longer arms to my car since it was running too -ve camber...
