    Tourer rear Brake change

Awesome write up Dan and certainly helped me. The only difficulty I had was location that cog to slacken off the shoes. It was a very bright day and despite using 3 different torches it was almost impossible to see. For anyone doing this and trying to find the cog, the picture that Dan took...

So I changed my rear discs and pads at the weekend (with the help of Dans excellent write up http://typeaccord.co.uk/forum/topic/6607-tourer-rear-brake-change/), and boy did they need to be done! I was going to change the flexi's aswell but my spanner started burring the copper connector over...

    Rear Caliper

I will stick a picture up, has someone got a picture of a Honda one? At the end of the day, it should be a (not very long) length of pipe with unions on the end. Do Honda make the pipes themselves or buy them in? I need drop links aswell. 2 from Honda are £100. Copies are £32. As long as...

    Rear Caliper

They are £48 from Lings, so that does seem expensive. Ordered mine today from a local factors for £9.83 each plus the VAT. Hose is a hose in my eyes.

    Rear Caliper

My sentiments exactly. I've got a new (recon) caliper, it needs to have a new flexi.

    Rear Caliper

I haven't ordered them yet Vinnie. Would like the HEL's but to be honest with my Grandad Style driving that I seem to have adopted can;t see the point in uprated brake lines.

My 1st Honda - 2.0 Vtec Tourer Exec - Recent caliper should I replace hoses?

I'm changing my rear Discs, pads, caliper soon and will change the flexis at the same time. Flexi's vary so much in price. £49 EACH from Lings (Honda) £30.25 EACH from a local motor factors £12 EACH from a different local factors £34.99 for a PAIR of HEL Braided hoses.

    Rear Caliper

Tourer or Saloon? If Tourer you might want to change the brake flexi at the same time.

    Remove remap

I'd leave it on and not tell the new owner. That way they; - Don't think you're a boy racer who's modified the car and thrashed it around - Will have a more powerful and driveable car as standard - Will heap loads of praise on the Honda to their mates - Will not have to tell their...

On another forum a guy has had 4 wheel adjustment and was saying he thought it was good value at £25 a corner so £65 sounds great.

    WindowSox

I got sun blinds for all the rear windows and I really like them. Not from this company but similar http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Accord-4dr-03-07-CAR-SUN-SHADES-BLINDS-TINT-/200406728212?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2ea92bfe14 Unlike tints the window can be opened for air...

    Reverse Parking Sensors

I wouldn't be without them on my Tourer, they are a god send and make reversing alot easier than it would be without them.

    Lower Front Suspension Bushes

He said that was parts and labour. Do you think that's expensive? The Honda original bushes are £20.28 each or a bit cheaper through HH. The garage I spoke to said that I need to get the drop links aswell as they usually break when removed. They are £52.57 each, again, cheaper through HH. I...
