    Wheel Bearing noise

Bearing obtained from motor factors, a Bilstein-Febi, which is a perfect match for the Honda item by cross reference the part numbers (42200-TLO-G51 with Lings) and is printed on the box see picture. Fitted with no issue all in about 45min. However the bearing rumble is still there while not so...

    Wheel Bearing noise

The tires were new earlier this year and have done about 2k miles and they were my first thought, and what I can determine it is the rear off side. Yes I did spin as fast as possible while jacked up.

    Wheel Bearing noise

Hi. I have a Mk8 tourer and i am sure one of the off side wheel bearing is making a howling noise at above 50mph. I have jacked up the rears (that seem to be the most likely from what I can hear) and can not find any play in the bearing by trying to rock at various points (6 oclock, and 9:15)...

    FRV advice.

We have a 2.2 cDTI diesel the only issues we've had are rust over the rear arches and a couple of bumps on the drivers door and rear side passengers door- so just body work. The only mechanical issue has been the rear brake calipers siezing, and a new exhaust. At the moment it is coming up to...

    Roof Bars

Hi I have a roof box and never really worry about where the roof bars go, +- an inch either way. The rear one I place tight up to the rear of the support just above the rear door, that then dictates where the front one is but normally mid way along the sun roof. Seems to work OK for me with...

    8th Gen Windscreen Clips

@Gozzy. I find the reply from Honda a bit disappointing like you. My Accord is of 09 vintage and was subject to the recall and work carried out accordingly. Sometime later prior to my ownership the screen was replaced and both trims just bodged back on with glue. about two years ago in the hot...
