Hi Richard, 3rd to 4th fine; straight back to 3rd not bad - althoughd a bit notchy, almost as though the stick hasn't quite lost its way yet...

I usually heel & toe anyway, so I blip the throttle a couple of times when trying to find the gate. I tried without doing that and it's even more difficult to select third, so yes. It's weird in that once the stick is in the "right" position it goes in easily.
