    DAB radio in Accord 7

I have a 2.0 petrol Tourer. Is there a replacement radio I can fit with DAB radio where all the heater and AC controls still work plus steering wheel controls.

    Seat collapsed

My seat seems to have collapsed at the back of the cushion I sit on and is uncomfortable to drive. If I lean back the backrest also makes a noise and I can feel something clicking and moving. It's a black cloth seat out of a 2.0 litre petrol Tourer. An easy option is to put another good seat...

    Radio reception getting worse

I have a 2007 tourer with the FM aerial in the RH rear window. Over the last few weeks my reception has got worse and worse to the point it can hardly find a station. This has been a gradual process. The aerial looks fine - no breaks. Any ideas?

    DAB radio for 7th Gen

Is there any way of replacing the radio / single CD unit with a DAB radio on the 03/07 Accords. The heater contols are all built in so I guess it's a tricky one.

    Exhaust repair result

My 2.0 petrol Tourer has its original exhaust which is still in pretty good condition, except for a short section under the passendger seat where it has a hanger bracket. The bracket weld had a hole near it which was blowing. I took the car to ATS Euromaster who quoted about £9000 for a...

    Radiator mesh retro fit

You don't need to remove the grill or bumper. All I removed was the top plastic panel across the top of the radiators which gives you access to the back of the grill. It's worth taking your time getting the cardboard patterns to fit perfectly - 2 above the bumber and 1 under the bumper. I used...

    Radiator mesh retro fit

After a stone went through my A/C condenser on my 2.0L Tourer I figured that it could easily happen again to the new one as there is no protection at all through the grill. A simple fix - 1m sq of aluminium mesh on eBay and a couple of hours work. Make patterns from cardboard. Cut mesh. Fitting...

    2007 2.0L Tourer A/C condenser change

Yes, the jubilee clip was on the bottom plastic rad connection. I didn't do it up too tight so it should be OK. Plastic doesn't expand much when heated so I'll take a chance. I would love to know how the condenser comes out without removing the rad. Believe me, I tried.

    2007 2.0L Tourer A/C condenser change

A/C not working as hole in condenser so changed it today. Bumper off, radiator out (bottom hose a real pain to get off) then condenser out. New condenser and filter/drier then refit radiator and bumper. About 4 hours to do. Mods I made: - Jubilee clamp on bottom hose radiator end. Much...

    How remove front bumper?

I have to remove my front bumper to replace the air con radiator. I've had a look in the DIY section here but can't find full instructions. Can anyone help?

Replacing A/C condensor rad on 2.0L petrol

The A/C on my 2007 2.0 Petrol Accord has stopped working due to a stone through the bottom of the condenser radiator. How easy is it to change? I guess the coolant radiator has to come out but would like to know exact procedure before I start stripping it down. I can get it re-gassed locally...

Big difference in economy with different fuel

Ever since I got my 2007 2.0 litre Accord I keep a note of real economy (not the displayed economy) between fill ups at my local Sainsburys. With a mixture of town, A road and motorway I always averaged out about 33mpg. The last 2 fill ups I changed to Esso and the MPG has increased to about...

    Real fule economy figures

My 2007 2 litre Tourer always seems to average about 36 MPG with a mixture of town, A-road and motorway driving according to the dash readout. Taking the mileage between fill ups and calculating correctly (allowing for the fact that the odometer over-reads by 2.5%), the real figure is always...

Tourer binding rear brakes freeing off.

I noticed both rear wheels were getting hot on my 2007 2.0 tourer. When I jacked the car up both wheels were not free to turn. As soon as I removed the caliper (2 x 12mm bolts) the wheel turned freely so obviously I had the sticky caliper issue. The pads were worn - £20 from Europarts for a new...

2007 2.0 petrol Tourer fuel consumption?

I just had a 50 mile drive on A roads only to Gatwick airport. Normal speed taking it gently my 2.0 litre Tourer did 43 MPG. I'll go back on the motorway and see what difference up makes.

Worth a look or too expensive?

I paid £3000 last week for my 2007 2.0 petrol Tourer. 60,000 miles, full service history, 1 owner, immaculate.
