Hi! Anyone else have this issue:
Aircon stopped working so I ran self-test and was shown Error A - Open in the internal Air temperature sensor. So:
1) Evaporator has been replaced because it was falling apart
2) Pressure switch replaced
3) Regassed and checked for leaks - Holds pressure.
4) Relays are OK and AC Clutch engages
5) Air con shows no errors using a professional (shop) scan tool
The only thing that I am getting is the B1029 error between the ultrasonic sensor and the MICU that it has lost connection? Not sure if this is in any way connected with the air con system.
I have tried to follow the DTC fix flowchart from the ESM and bridged No 11 and No 15 of the green 22P connector in the radio head unit with the 2P connector on the cabin air sensor as indicated and the error is still showing and cannot clear it.
Anything else I can try apart from maybe replacing the satnav head unit?
Thanks!
Vic
