Hi all,
I'm new to the Accord, have just bought a 1994 2.0L LS Coupe and think it has the F20B3 engine and need to replace the Cambelt/Balance belt kit and would like to know if anyone can tell me the best kit to buy and where?

Also I bought a Haynes manual but it only shows the F22B1 engine, is this pretty much the same as my F20B3 engine when it comes to replacing the Belts kit or are there any differences i should be aware of ?

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Thanks,
Pete :)

Best kit around is from Honda.

Otherwise, Gates kits are pretty good, actually the belts from honda are made by Gates.
SKF kits are also very good, after all SKF is a reference make in bearings.

Don't know if I selected the right car, but here's an SKF and a Gates kit:

About replacing the belts, there is a thread on honda-tech.com, which explains to do it in a F22B1 engine with lots of pictures and lots of explaining. This method is applied to most Honda engines, at least the ones which uses a balancing belt. I used it to do mine and it was pretty easy.

Jut two notes, make sure you get or "make" a pulley hold tool, and get very good socket wrenches and and extension bars to remove the crankshaft pulley bolt, its thigh as hell. I broke one extension bar and socket wrench. The I borrowed a 3/4inch socket wrench plus extension plus breaker bar and an extra meter of tube to take of the damn thing...

Here's what I got to remove the bolt:
