Clear gloss pleeing

So basically I looked at my cars front wing and I the clear gloss is peeling the patch is about a inch in size. Has this happened to anyone here? I'm gonna look online and see if I can find some diy tutorials. How much would I be paying if I go to a body shop?

I've got a couple of patches of lacquer peel. Not yet looked into fixing it.
