Does My Accord have Bluetooth? How To access it?

I have the highest spec 2006 accord, I have seen it mentioned it has the bluetooth function, when you operate the car from time to Time it gives out the sound like trying to connect to something.
However there are no Buttons on the steering wheel to accept calls/do anything of such sort?
Really confused as to why it gives out such sounds.
If it has, How do you connect to/operate that thing?

I have read before that it's done by voice commands but can't seem to find the same forum thread that detailed the instructions.
