Does the 7th generation Accord pre-facelift have a power steering hydraulic filter?

I use Autodoc to browse for parts for my car and this part caught my eye and wondered if it should be changed when the power steering fluid is changed. The owner's manual does not even acknowledge this filter's existence.

they look like universal inline filters to me
generally, parts have an OE number for cross referencing. if a number does not exist, it's either not been catalogued correctly, or it isn't made with a specific number range in mind

it doesn't show up on the parts diagram either
