DTEC exhaust manifold heat shield

Hi guys,

My car failed its MOT on missing heat shield on exhaust manifold strange as last year it passed exactly like this

Any chance anybody knows where I can buy one? Tried to look on internet however no luck, nobody who is breaking an dtec near me replies to messages, so little bit stuck here

I did not know it is a MOT failure. Does anyone know what years from 2009 to .......... use the same heat sheild over the back exhaust box?
