Faulty digital Climate Control?

Hi all my Climate Control is on the blink. Whatever you set the dial on 18 or 32c the temperature doesnt change only the fan speed when on the lower setting the fan runs quickly and when on the upper setting the fan slows down?

Is it the control unit or sensors which are at fault?

Does sound like something has maybe upclipped somewhere.
