Is it possible to add a Bluetooth adapter to the radio in a 2003 ?

I have a facelift model with the sat-nav, I spent ages trying to find this out. I got an interface that plugs into the aux on the back of the head unit from Xcarlink, this give me full bluetooth using the steering wheel controls to skip and comes with a mic to use your phone for calls, here is the link its £129.98 which might sound expensive but its really worth it if you stream music.

I've used xcarlink before and sounds great.
I'm using Connects2 version now and works just as well imo.
