K24 Timing Chain - Is it the same as for 8th Gen Accord K24?

Does anyone know if 7th gen K24 timing chain is identical with 8th gen K24?

According to Lings, they are not the same chain, different part numbers. Both look to be same 176L though.

Still can't post links with IE??
