Rear Fog Light on all the time

Anyone else had this problem and know the solution? Suspect a sticky relay. The fog light comes on with the side lights but this is intermittent. No amount of fog light switch action will clear it either!
Ideas welcome.

Something might be earthing through the rear fog light or rear fog light relay? I'd start with checking the earth on the rear light cluster that holds the fog light. Then perhaps remove the tail light(s) (bulbs) in there and see when the fog light does and does not light up. Or see if the other light(s) work when you remove the fog light bulb. These things can be a bit of a logic puzzle.
