Reskins available for Gen 7 headlights.

Finally, a bit late in the game, but someone in China is finally producing replacement headlight skins for the EU/AU/JP/TSX body Gen7 Accord. Best price I found was on Aliexpress, starting in the 50-ish range of Pounds and Euro. (Link here) If see them cheaper, they're probably making up the difference in delivery fees.

I've mentioned before that I found it really annoying that Gen 7 aftermarket headlight skins were available only for the North American Gen7. You know, the one that looks like a late 90's Ford Focus..

The lenses on my headlights are UV damaged all the way through, not just surface degradation. It scatters the beam somewhat and is the main reason I haven't gone to HID's.

Once I have the lights open, it is of course the ideal time to add some angel eyes to the lights. How do people feel about these things? Has anyone here customised headlights?.

I think they look OK, but if one of the LED's fails, you have to pull the lights apart again to fix it. My plan was to add a white / amber switcheable LED bulbs in the (clear) blinker position, set up to be white any time the car is powered, except when the driving beam is on or when the blinker is working. At least I can replace that from the outside of something goes wrong.

if I ever get around to it I'll probably black out all the interior chrome, other than that I think the 7th gen still looks pretty modern
I like the switchable amber idea, see a lot of volvos and bmws here with chromed ambers in their park/drls and it can look pretty smart
