Speedometer lights

Hello everyone, yesterday I tried to get/reach the speedometer lights but I was unable to do that job. After doing some searching apparently the speedometer works with smd leds and is not possible to replace them like an ordinary bulb. Correct me if am wrong, if so could you help me?

What is wrong with the ones on your dashboard ?

Have you checked the rheostat connector and what happens between lights on and lights off ?

Maybe I didn't explain so well. My speedometer doesn't have some back-light in the temp, fuel gauge area and a bit in left side of lcd. I I'll try to post one picture later.
