Hi,

All of a sudden after starting it was hard to engage the gears while pressing the clutch (no strange sound) but after driving few meters gears were engaging ok but I am having a strange sound (check video). Occasionally it happens that gears are hard to get in and during that time I don't have strange noise.

@14secs I revved the engine
@21sec I pressed and held the clutch pressed until @25sec
@1.05sec the movement of the clutch could be felt but is not displayed on camera

What could it be the issue? if I rev the car there are no vibrations and when the car is on idle and I press the clutch half way the pedal sort of vibrates, If I leave the car revved and press the clutch the vibration is gone.

If it is a clutch or flywheel is the below kit ok?

Apparently it is a flywheel issue.

I have ordered the below clutch and after ordering I noticed that the clutch has been remanufactured, seller didn't want to cancel order even through it was not shipped and informed to that when the item arrives I should send it back .....(even through I will be shipping the parcel to overseas .....)

Mostly addressed to Fahad, do you suggest to keep this clutch or send back and order a genuine LUK? car has your stage 2 remap

You should be ok with an LUK part mate. Make sure it's loaded and aligned correctly when fitting.

and what about the remanufactored clutch ?

is this item good and with regards to the gearbox fluid? is this gearbox fussy when it comes to oil and must be genuine honda fluid?

I don't know how much gear oil where you are but over here the Genuine Honda MTF3 is actually cheaper than any branded 75w-90 gear oil.
I'd buy genuine if I was you the oil is proven to work and not affect shifting unlike some other gear oils.

ok thanks.:) 2 bottles is approx €50 locally will buy genuine then.

It isn't fussy, but others have mentioned some shift trouble and parts replacements/work can be offset by a number of years by draining compltely and changing the oil.

Makes sense to do this first for the price

ok will buy from the link. I confirmed the price locally it costs €21.50 per ltr lol
