Tourer Boot Water Leak

Found my Tourer spare wheel well to be half full of water a few weeks ago which I have temporarily solved by drilling a few holes in the boot floor to drain it but is there a common cause for this?

The cloth floor of the boot is totally dry but can see traces of water going down the sides of the well so think it's coming in behind the trim.

Is it likely to be light clusters or maybe even rear windows?

Not got time to look at it at the moment but will eventually take all the trim out and spread some talc but some guidance may help.

Look at the seams on the body near the top of the door, also the seams in the roof under the weather strip.
Those can and will leak over time as the sealant fails.

Honda put a drain hole in the wheel well but it gets blocked from underneath and is difficult to see. So they must have anticipated some 'natural' leakage.
