hi guys , newbie here.

over the last week or so ive had the abs / vsa and handbrake light all illuminated on my dash. if i cross the pins 4 and 9 originally i got b1170 pa50 , replaced the battery and it cleared. lights went out for around 40 miles ad return.

crossing the pins again i get the abs light flash 12 14 16 18 which is all four sensors but no other codes. if you reset sometimes it clears for a few miles other times its 20 to 30 miles, the other thing i have noticed is when off the vsa triangle flashes a good few flashes (have traction not spinning up) , lose power and then they all come on.

sometimes though the lights will go out on there own and the abs will start pulsing as soon as I brake and pedal will pulse.

I replaced all the engine and chassis earths to rule out that being a problem.

thanks for reading hopefully someone can help point me in the direction

Very late response to your problem but i had the exact same and it was a rear abs sensor.
Use a multimeter and check the resistence of all the sensors. The one which is different to the rest is the cause.
