you have been well and truely stuffed here. surely you could hear the chuffing when you bought it? if you manage to get the injectors out just make sure they are fitted the same as they came out else you will have to get the injector quantity ammount re-coded at a honda dealer. use new copper washers (one per injector) and clean the injector seats thourorly. 9 out of 10 injectors i have removed from the i-ctdi engine have had to be destroyed in order to remove them, and in one case we had to chizel off the rocker cover and fit a new head. we have left cars running all day, soaking in eveything you can think of and injectors still dont come out. from your description you say a 10mm bolt has been fitted to hold one of your injectors in. the standard bolts are T35 torx head bolts and due to the clamp being broken i would bet money on this being because they have tapped a bigger hole in the head. the trouble is, even if you buy a new clamp i doubt the bolt will fit through it and will require drilling. no normal drill bit will do the job! this is seriously hard metal we a talking about. it took two specialist oil fed drill bits at an enginers to get sorted (not a cheep solution) hense why the last person used a rather dodgy and dangerous washer and it appears sold the car on afterwards. sorry if i am coming accross a bit harsh but i just want you to know this is not a small job and it needs to be done propperly due to the preasures involved and the fact it is fuel you are messing with.
