Honda Civic Alloys On My Accord

Hi Stephen, thanks for the info... 225 it is then. One more question - should I keep the front pressure slightly higher than the rear once I have the new tyres on (to keep it inline with the current pressures)? Thanks in advance.

Honda Civic Alloys On My Accord

I've just realised how much of a dumb dumb I really am - I imagine you'll probably need to know the offset is +45.

Honda Civic Alloys On My Accord

Hi friends. I finally took the plunge and got some new 18" wheels from eBay. The link to the official page is "http://www.inovit-alloy-wheels.co.uk/product.php/754/inovit-tarmac-7-5x18-quot--alloy-wheels-finished-in-hyper-silver". I've been told by the nice man who I bought them from that...

    7th Gen Diesel, Buying advice?

Hi friends... just like to add my two pence in... I got my 2005 iCTDI from an auction with the VSA issue. I saved about £2k on the going price and managed to get some money off the VSA change from Honda UK. My good friend (mechanic) puts 0w30 fully synthetic in it every 6 months (about 7.5k...

    WHICH STYLE LED SIDE LIGHT?

When the rain stops I will take a pic of mine as well for comparison - but at first glance, I must say that they don't look as good as Matt's.

Honda Civic Alloys On My Accord

Hi Baz - I appreciate the clarification. I think you have just answered my next question as well :) I was looking at http://www.carlsalter.com/honda-wheel-fitments.html and it seems to list some Honda's with 5x114 and some others as 5x114.3. That confused me somewhat to be honest... even...

Honda Civic Alloys On My Accord

Hey Nick. Very grateful for the links. According to http://www.alloyguide.com/Honda.php the Civic Type R wheels should be fine - although the same site seems to think all but the V6 Accord have a 4 stud pattern  http://www.carlsalter.com/honda-wheel-fitments.html gives me more hope...

Honda Civic Alloys On My Accord

Hi all. I am just having a hunt around on eBay for some 17's or 18's and I have found a chap with some 18" x 7.5, 5 stud (2004) civic rims. He has no idea about the PCD, hole size (for the bolts/thread), offset and centre hub diameter. Any ideas where I can get the specs of what those rims...

    Front Footwell Lighting

I was kinda thinking the same thing myself - it would be cool to have them come on when you unlock the car and also come on (wired into the roof switch) you know, so they are doing almost the same thing the interior cabin lights are doing... if that's possible both at the same time I mean?

    5x114.3 18x9J alloy wheels, fits 7th gen ?

Appreciate the help - I am not sure the boss would let me spend that much money on it to be honest... I haven't actually told her about my plan to get 17" or 18" rims on it yet!

    Window Tints

Not sure if it helps, but I know a very good guy near Rugby (just north actually) who does a very decent job. He is not mobile, you have to go to him. I am not sure if the rules allow me to give his details, so I won't. To answer an earlier question, when inside (looking out) it's actually...

    Front Footwell Lighting

If these are linked to the front doors opening, does that mean they are on the same fader/delay as the interior cabin lights? If yes, does that also mean that if I move the selector (on the roof) to the ON position to turn the interior cabin lights on, will the footwell lights also come on...

Which Spoiler should I go for ?

I have seen some of those slightly raised ones with a brake light in them. I'm thinking about getting one. Anything I should know before I do? Thanks in advance.

    WHICH STYLE LED SIDE LIGHT?

Hi all. A bit late for my reply (sorry), but I also used something cheap and cheerful from ebay (similar to http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/250960314859?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649) and they worked a treat. The only thing I had to do was to (slightly) push apart the thin metal...
