Is this nut a 34 or 36mm size socket ?

Not sure about this but what seats will fit into my accord? Would ep2/3 type r seats be a straight for or would I need to modify seat runners? Or will I need to stick to type-r accord seats?

I'm sure this has been previously posted but I wanted to know how easy it is? Is it as simple as getting 5 stud hubs and swapping them out?
