4 stud to 5 stud

I'm sure this has been previously posted but I wanted to know how easy it is? Is it as simple as getting 5 stud hubs and swapping them out?

I'm sure it is but someone will confirm. The rears will be a sealed hub so will need changing full. Can't remember for front.
