That is another good feature with the seats, wish my accord had those memory seats , as I shifted my seat the other day by accident had it in a perfect position , do you think I can find that position again, not on your nelly!!LOL Cheers Pete

Thanks for all your inputs guys , the brakes seem to be improving all the time, in fact this morning I'd say they are almost where they should be , only thing I have noticed is that there seems to be a very very slight wheel wobble (barely noticeable ) at speed (not when braking now! thankfully)...

I did indeed mate, was in the shed for ages cleaning up the discs.

Certainly did mate, before and after stating the car, drove a few more miles this afternoon and brakes are feeling much better already Cheers Pete

I think it probably does mate with changing both disc and pad

Changed the Front Discs and pads today with genuine parts from HH (good service there by the way) and what a fright at first got to the end of my road and didn't think the car was gonna stop!! done a few sharpish braking and letting off before coming to a complete stop to help them all bed in...

That's the thing mate, had this happen in the past and like you just don't trust a lot of these downloads, just hope the one I've bought is what it says it is i.e. 2003-2008 as my car is a 2006 facelift. Cheers Pete

It is mate was only changed a few months ago, have since heard that the reverse gear does in fact have some straight cut gears like in manual cars , which explains the noise , if I reverse slowly as I normally would don't hear anything, only if reversing at a fair speed. Cheers Pete

Had to reverse up fairly quick today at one point today and noticed the gearbox (mine's an Automatic) whining slightly, bit like I used to get in my last car which was a civic manual transmission, understood the reason for that due to straight cut gears for reverse, but didn't think that was...

Don't know what system you're looking at there , but a number of years ago I bought the Meta Targa SR2 number plate sensors and have moved these from car to car and now on the accord and they work a treat and the live wire just connects direct onto the reversing light wire , with no issues...

Bit the bullet and got two Michelin PS3's fitted on the front and have to say they are a pretty good tyre done about 400 miles on them, so pretty much bed in so to speak , the grip is great in the dry , not been tested in the wet yet (hardly rained since fitting them!!) not all that much quieter...
