Something I've noticed is no one seems to replace this thing. Does it just not cause problems?
If I stick a stethoscope on the vacuum line fitting attached to it, there's a wicked screeching; not sure if I should be worried about it. Curiously there's no aftermarket availability and of course it's a daylight robbery from Honda's dealers.

If it helps it looks like the part number is 36300-RBD-E01 (although you probably already found that already) - theres some for sale but looks like they are all from broken cars

You might be able to get a spare, open it and lubricate it etc yourself?

PUMP ***Y., VACUUM 36300-RBD-E01 Search by part number # HONDA CARS - Genuine Spare Parts Catalogue (parts-honda.uk)

I would normally suggest to try ordering through Amayama in Japan but diesel-specific parts tend not to be sold over there (as I don't believe they ever sold diesel accords in Japan)
